白細(xì)胞介素 5(IL5)是 Th2(2 型炎癥因子)細(xì)胞因子成員,主要由活化的 Th2、肥 大細(xì)胞及嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞分泌,在嗜酸性粒細(xì)胞的生成、活化及生存調(diào)控中起核心作用。IL5 目前被認(rèn)為是 Th2 通路的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動(dòng)因子之一,在自身免疫疾病中扮演重要角色。 |
