BAFF(B 細(xì)胞激活因子,B Cell Activating Factor),也稱為 TNFSF13B(Tumor Necrosis Factor Superfamily Member 13B)或 BLyS(B Lymphocyte Stimulator),是一種屬 于腫瘤壞死因子(TNF)超家族的細(xì)胞因子。BAFF 主要由單核細(xì)胞、巨噬細(xì)胞、樹突狀 細(xì)胞和某些基質(zhì)細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生,在 B 細(xì)胞的存活、增殖和成熟中起關(guān)鍵作用。 |
